Founded by Mr. S. Muruganantham and opened on 14th April 2026, Radial Serviced Apartments is a premium independent venture in Kovilambakkam, Chennai — built on over 15 years of hands-on experience in premium guest accommodation.

Mr. Muruganantham was a partner at Phoenix Serviced Apartments (Anna Nagar & T.Nagar) from 2010, where he spent 15 years perfecting the art of guest comfort, local guidance, and trusted service. Radial is his personal commitment to bringing that same excellence — now under his own roof.
